At this point, everyone knows Project 2025. The 900-page authoritarian wishlist the Heritage Foundation built to gut the federal government, consolidate power in the executive branch, and install ideological loyalists from top to bottom. Trump bold face lied about disavowing it on the campaign trail. Then he won. And his administration started checking off boxes, executive order by executive order, agency by agency, day by day.
That part made the news. But, Heritage had a sequel.
They called it Project Esther.
It was quieter by design, packaged as something decent people should support, and released on a date chosen for maximum emotional impact. By the time most people learn it exists, the administration will have already implemented more than half of it.
Not by accident. That was the plan.
The Blueprint Nobody Talked About
On October 7, 2024, exactly one year after the Hamas attack on Israel, the Heritage Foundation released a 33-page document titled Project Esther: A National Strategy to Combat Antisemitism.
The date was not a coincidence. Heritage doesn’t do accidents.
The document identified what it called a “Hamas Support Network” (the HSN) described as a vast, coordinated international conspiracy of pro-Palestinian groups working to destroy capitalism, undermine democracy, and collapse U.S. support for Israel.
It named names.
Jewish Voice for Peace. Students for Justice in Palestine. American Muslims for Palestine. The Tides Foundation. The Open Society Foundations. Progressive members of Congress. Bernie Sanders. Chuck Schumer.
It also included a pyramid diagram of “progressive elites” with George Soros and JB Pritzker at the top.
A pyramid. With Soros at the apex. Inside a document called an antisemitism strategy.
If that sounds like an antisemitic conspiracy theory wearing antisemitism’s clothes — you’re not wrong. The cult be culting.
Who Actually Wrote This
Project Esther was written almost entirely by Christian nationalists. Of the twelve organizations on Heritage’s antisemitism task force, eleven were evangelical Christian groups or organizations promoting American military dominance. One fringe pro-Trump Orthodox group made the cut to represent actual Jewish people. No mainstream Jewish organizations participated in drafting it. None endorsed it after it was released. Heritage struggled so badly to attract Jewish donors that The Forward reported on it.
They published: this plan against antisemitism "has virtually no Jewish authors" — something evident, they noted, from Heritage's use of uncommon phrases like "Reformed Judaism" and an opening sentence that incorrectly locates the Book of Esther in the Torah.
When Heritage official James Carafano was asked why the project said nothing about right-wing antisemitism, the kind behind the Tree of Life shooting, the Charlottesville march, the neo-Nazis flying swastika flags at a Florida boat parade, his answer was, “White supremacists are not my problem because white supremacists are not part of being conservative.”
Whoa.
That’s the man running Heritage’s antisemitism operations.
Meanwhile, one of the project’s key evangelical advisers publicly stated that his support for Israel is theological — God, he says, is calling Jewish people back to the Holy Land before the Second Coming of Christ. That’s the actual endgame of the people who wrote the Jewish safety strategy. They don’t need Jewish people safe. They need them in Israel. For the Rapture.
The Heritage Foundation decided what antisemitism means, who Jewish people need protection from, and how that protection should be enforced. And they did it in a room with almost no Jewish people in it.
Make it make sense.
That’s not a protection strategy. That’s a con. As the old saying goes, if it walks like a duck, looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it’s a freakin’ duck.
The Strategy, Plain and Ugly
Strip the framing and Project Esther is the following:
~Brand any criticism of Israel as material support for terrorism. Use that designation to deport non-citizen students and legal residents who attend protests.
~Defund universities that permit demonstrations. Fire faculty. Purge curriculum from K-12 through graduate school of anything deemed pro-Palestinian.
~Apply RICO — the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, a law built to prosecute the mafia, for crying out loud — against student protest groups.
~Enlist local, state, and federal law enforcement to “generate uncomfortable conditions” that make people afraid to show up.
~Sweep social media. Monitor everyone.
The document stated explicitly that it would wait for a friendly (aka, dumb and racist) administration, then, “We will organize rapidly, take immediate action to ‘stop the bleeding,’ and achieve all objectives within two years.”
They said it out loud. They published it. They post-dated it October 7th.
Then they waited.
The Receipts
By April 2025, the Trump administration had already moved on 27 of Project Esther’s 47 proposals. More than half. In under four months.
January 2025 — Trump signs an executive order threatening non-citizen students with arrest and deportation for criticizing Israeli policy. Days later, masked ICE agents in plain clothes start pulling people off streets and out of apartments.
March 7th— The administration revokes $400 million in federal grants to Columbia University because students kept protesting.
March 8th — ICE detains Mahmoud Khalil. Permanent legal resident. Columbia graduate. His American-citizen wife is eight months pregnant. They take him from his home anyway.
March 10th — The Department of Education sends enforcement threat letters to 60 universities.
That same month — The State Department launches “Catch and Revoke,” an AI program that scours foreign students’ social media for content that appears sympathetic to Palestinian rights. “Appears.” That’s the legal threshold.
Marco Rubio invokes a rarely used legal provision to strip legal residents of their status based on their speech. Columbia settles with the administration. That settlement becomes the template for every school that follows.
Every single one of these moves was in the blueprint. Written down and published.
How Project 2025 and Project Esther Work Together
Project 2025 is the skeleton — the structural demolition of government as a check on executive power. Project Esther is the muscle. It’s the operational model for what you do with that power once you have it.
Project 2025 hollowed out the institutions by reinstating Schedule F, reclassifying tens of thousands of career civil servants as political appointees so they could be fired and replaced with loyalists. It gutted the Department of Education (a project 2025 goal since day one) stripping funding, eliminating DEI programs, and threatening universities into compliance. It weaponized DOGE to slash the federal workforce across agencies, dismantling institutional expertise built over decades in a matter of weeks. It purged scientific data (the CDC scrubbed LGBTQ+ health information, NIH canceled $800 million in research grants, federal websites erased anything touching gender, race, or climate.) And it installed Project 2025's own architects into the agencies they wrote the blueprints to destroy — Russell Vought at OMB, Brendan Carr at the FCC, Peter Navarro on trade. Personnel is policy. They knew that.
But, that was the whole point.
Project Esther handed them a target and a legal architecture to criminalize opposition by calling to apply RICO against student protest groups, treating coordinated activism as organized crime. It weaponized FARA, the Foreign Agents Registration Act, to paint American protesters as operatives of a foreign terrorist organization, a designation that opens the door to criminal prosecution and deportation. And it pushed for IRS scrutiny and "terrorism support entity" designations against progressive nonprofits — a mechanism that strips tax-exempt status without evidence or due process, effectively defunding any organization that doesn't fall in line.
Together they form a closed loop — capture the government, redefine political dissent as terrorism, use the captured government to prosecute the terrorists.
Same architects. Same funders. Same goal to eliminate organized opposition, starting with whoever is easiest to isolate. Project 2025 went after the structure. Project Esther went after the people — the young, the foreign-born, the Muslim, the Arab, the progressive, and anyone who stood with them.
This Was Never Just About Palestine
Project Esther picked Palestinian solidarity as its entry point because it was the easiest one. Palestinians don’t vote. Muslim and Arab students were already under surveillance. October 7th handed Heritage a packaging opportunity — a way to dress authoritarian suppression of dissent in the language of grief and Jewish safety, and dare anyone to object without being called antisemitic.
But the infrastructure being built does not have a wall around it that says “Palestinians only.”
The RICO designations. The terrorist support network labels. The AI surveillance programs. The visa revocations for political speech. The university defunding. The targeting of progressive foundations (Tides, Rockefeller, Open Society) as enemy networks.
These are tools. Tools don’t come with expiration dates, and they don’t care who’s next.
The Soros pyramid exists to poison Soros and every organization connected to him — climate groups, criminal justice reform organizations, voting rights groups, immigrant advocacy organizations.
Project Esther is not an antisemitism strategy. It is a roadmap for dismantling the entire infrastructure of the American left, and Palestine was simply the door they chose to walk through first.
Jewish Voice for Peace (one of the organizations Project Esther explicitly names as a target) said it plainly, Trump is using tools of repression against Palestinian organizers specifically to sharpen them for use against everyone else.
Jewish leaders. About a project that claims to exist for their protection.
It’s what a con looks like when it’s already in motion.
What’s Happening Right Now
A document written almost entirely by evangelical Christians has successfully redefined antisemitism to exclude white nationalist violence while encompassing nearly every form of left-wing political activity. That document is now being implemented by an administration that employs people with documented ties to actual right-wing antisemites. The genuine, documented rise in antisemitic incidents — a 344% increase over five years, the vast majority committed by far-right actors — is being weaponized to justify suppressing the people who had nothing to do with it.
The authors learned from Project 2025. Too visible means too much resistance. So they built the sequel quieter — sold it as protection, named it after a Jewish heroine, timed it to a day soaked in grief — and slipped it through while everyone was still watching the first one.
Project 2025 went viral. People knew. There were ads, hearings, memes. Project Esther barely made mainstream news until May 2025, by which point the administration had already done more than half of it.
The question isn’t whether this is happening — it is, on record, with documentation. The question is whether enough people are paying attention before the second half of their two-year timeline finishes running.
It was never about Palestine.
It was always about whether dissent in this country gets to exist at all.
We have the receipts. We have the blueprint. We can connect every dot. What are we actually going to do about it — and who else needs to read this before they find out the hard way that they were always on the list too?

This is a major mind bender 🤯🤯🫣 I had an inkling of this, but had no idea how fast and furious of a plan this really was, hence my confusion in the past, the enormity of it all is so beyond my comprehension and the depravity is sickening 🤮
The KKKRISTIAN ZIONAZIS will stop at NOTHING to usher in Armageddon in the vain hopes that they themselves will somehow be part of the Rapture. The chutzpah, hubris, and entitlement are so thick you could cut it with a knife!
